First Fridays: Fridge Art

Let’s make art together!
Fridge Art is a time for you to explore your creativity. You’ll be guided through a meditation with a clear prompt before beginning the art activity.
You’ll contact your inner state of being and make your own expression with the materials that will be provided for you.
Fridge Art asks you to make how you feel rather than what you see. This shift can connect you with yourself and how much life force there is within you.
