Heather Rose Goodman
Founder of Root Connection

Yoga & Meditation Teacher
Life Coach & Teen Mentor

Root Connection is coming up on a decade of being alive and throughout our 10 years of service there has been a hyper speed of development in the areas of technology and our modern lifestyle.

We are attuning ourselves to computers and forgetting our original language of warmth, appreciation, and creative collaboration.

When I founded this grassroots organization in January of 2016, we began as a Sister Roots and Brother Roots community project. Our motto, “Beyond Me, Becoming We” planted an ever-evolving seed in the human family soil of how we could both harness meaningful self development while also being held in the loving company of one another.

To take total responsibility for your inner life is how you can become truly empowered in your life.

Once one is aware that the pain and confusion that’s debilitating them, has roots inside of them, they can learn how to work with transforming these patterns.

“It’s about helping the seed of life grow within you in a way that contributes to the world around you.”

— James Hollis

Over the last 10 years Root Connection has led workshops and trainings in embodied leadership, conscious learning, women’s healing, teen discovery and more.

From retreats to weekly classes, mentorship, one-on-one and group work, we create powerful learning opportunities for you to make real contact with your life.
